1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sanvion Inc. By accessing or using the SANVION Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old with legal capacity to enter binding contracts. All information you provide must be accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions, Trial & Billing

• 14-day free trial - no credit card required to begin.
• Quartz: $59.99/month - 6 gym passes/month, limited library. Price Lock Guarantee.
• Sapphire: Coming Soon.
• Billing begins after trial. All fees in USD. No refunds for partial periods.
• Cancel anytime via account settings.

4. Health Disclaimer

SANVION IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM, NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER.

All content is for informational and fitness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any wellness program. Sanvion is not liable for any injury or adverse outcome from Platform use.

5. Coach Terms

Coaches must complete identity verification and submit valid professional certifications. By uploading content, Coaches grant Sanvion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and stream content to subscribers. Coaches retain ownership of their content.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Do not upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to Platform systems.
• Do not resell Platform features without written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by Sanvion Inc. The SANVION name and logo may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANVION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SANVION'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.
